Instrumental Merit Scholarships

Instrumental merit scholarships are now available for eligible students enrolling in the Concert Band, Orchestra, Jazz or Concert Percussion divisions of the Summer Symposium.

The 2013 Instrumental Merit Scholarships:

National Honor Ensembles Merit Scholarship- $200 Scholarship*
For members of 2012 or 2013 national honor ensembles, including:

·       GRAMMY Jazz Band
 
All-State Merit Scholarship- $150 Scholarship*
For members of 2012 or 2013 All-State Ensembles.

All-City/District Merit Scholarship- $75 Scholarship*
For members of 2012 or 2013 All-City or All-District Ensembles.

*To be eligible for ANY of the scholarships above, you will need to send a copy of a certificate of participation or letter from a teacher regarding your participation in the above ensembles for verification with your Summer Symposium registration form.
Instrumental Merit Scholarships do not stack (if you are eligible for more than one, you may choose the ONE with the highest value), and cannot be combined with any other Scholarships, Coupons or Discounts. The Instrumental Merit Scholarships may be used with Super Saver, Early Bird, or Full Fee Pricing- whichever is in effect at the time of your registration.
