Vandoren Emerging Artist Call for Auditions

Music for All, in association with Vandoren reeds and mouthpieces, proudly announces the second annual Vandoren Emerging Artist Competition.
The Emerging Artist competition provides a unique opportunity for young musicians to jumpstart their careers. The winners will perform at the 2012 Music for All National Festival with select groups and participate in master classes and clinics with esteemed Vandoren Artists.
Each winner will also travel to Paris to visit 56 Rue Lepic, the home of Vandoren, and meet key Vandoren artists. Winners will receive a $1,000 cash award and a Vandoren product package including reeds, mouthpieces and accessories.
To be considered, applicants must:
• Be between the ages of 18 and 23 at the time of application
• Be available for travel and performances from March 14 through 18, 2012
• Meet the requirements included in the application. All materials must be mailed and postmarked by November 30, 2011.
