The heart and soul of the Summer Symposium is Team SWAG, a volunteer group of dedicated college
students, graduate students, band directors and others interested in music education. Team SWAG's mission is to
ensure that everyone associated with the Symposium has a positive experience and an opportunity to grow as a person.
Students, directors and clinicians have, over the years, been amazed by the spirit and hard work put forth by the Team.
Team SWAG is a ten day commitment and members complete an application for selection into the program.
