The Music for All National Festival encompasses three music festivals in one weekend!
Festivals run concurrently, held in beautiful venues in Indianapolis.
The volunteer experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Working with renowned conductors
- Working with the nation's best of the best in Concert Bands, Percussion Ensembles and Orchestras
- Helping with Master Classes, Rehearsals and Clinics
- Helping with stage set-ups at Clowes Memorial Hall located on the campus of Butler University, the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra's Hilbert Circle Theatre and the Indiana Historical Society.
- A private performance by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra
- Hotel housing and all meals provided for multiple day volunteers. Minimum volunteer commitment is 8 hours. Volunteer assignments are available from Wednesday through Saturday of the Festival.

National Concert Band Festival
Clowes Memorial Hall, Butler University - Indianapolis, IN
Since its debut in 1992, the Bands of America National Concert Band Festival has been acknowledged as one of the
premier educational events for America's high school concert bands. The Festival's mission
is to focus a national spotlight on the core of our nation's band programs, the concert band. The non-competitive
atmosphere provides a place for growth, cooperative encouragement and mutual respect among band programs, students,
parents, boosters and administrators.
Volunteering for this event gives you the opportunity to manage concert halls, hotel venues and work with some
of the finest high school ensembles in the country.
Orchestra America National Festival
Hilbert Circle Theatre, Indianapolis, IN
Presented in cooperation with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra
Orchestra America offers world-class educational and performance opportunities for school orchestra programs. In 2006,
Orchestra America debuted the Orchestra America National Festival, inviting six outstanding full and string high school
orchestras in the first year. The Orchestra America National Festival is a non-competitive national festival held in
cooperation with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra for outstanding high school full and string orchestras. Concerts are
held in Hilbert Circle Theatre, home of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
Volunteering for this event gives you the opportunity to manage concert halls and hotel venues in addition to
working in the renowned Hilbert Circle Theatre with outstanding high school orchestras and clinicians.
National Percussion Festival
Indiana Historical Society, Indianapolis, IN
Bands of America (BOA) added the percussion ensemble to the National Concert Band Festival in 1997,
in order to shine a spotlight on outstanding percussion ensembles and give percussion ensembles,
students and teachers a place to perform, be evaluated and share with other ensembles on a national stage.
Volunteering for this event gives you the opportunity to manage concert halls, hotel venues and work with some
of the finest high school ensembles in the country.
