Premium Area: $800 per booth or 15% of sales, whichever is greater, not to exceed $1,750 per booth.
Standard Area: $400 per booth

10' wide x 8' deep
Back draping, side rail draping and one 6' undraped table are provided compliments of BOA. All exhibitor booth display materials must remain within the assigned booth dimensions. Failure to comply with exhibit space restrictions maybe asked to forefit their space and booth fee.

*In order to locate the Expo booths on the concourse in the RCA Dome, the hours must coincide with Gates Open and Close times. The times listed below are tentative
pending the final band performance schedule.
Premium Area:
Thurs., Nov. 15, 2007-9:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m.*
Fri., Nov. 16, 2007-7:30 a.m.-9:15 p.m.*
Sat., Nov. 17, 2007-7:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m.* and 6:30-10:30 p.m.*
Standard Area:
Fri., Nov. 16, 2007-7:30 a.m.-9:15 p.m.*
Sat., Nov. 17, 2007-7:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m.*
Set Up & Tear Down

Wed., Nov. 14 - 1-4 p.m. (Premium Area)
Thurs., Nov. 15 - 11 a.m.-3 p.m. (Standard Area)
Tear Down is from 5:15-7 p.m. Sat. evening for Standard Area booths; by 12:30 a.m. for Premium Area booths.
Note: All booths selling non-equipment items MUST be located in the Premium Area.
Refund Policy: No refund for cancellations made after Sept. 15, 2007 unless all booth space is sold; for cancellations made prior to Sept. 15, 2007
if all booth space is sold by the start of the event, refund of booth cost LESS a $100 per booth administrative fee will be refunded by Dec. 31, 2007. No
refund for cancellations made after Sept. 15, 2007. Monies paid for the 2007 Expo cannot be credited and/or applied to future Expos.
