Standard and Premium Areas: Because such a wide variety of companies exhibit at Grand Nationals, BOA has designed
two Expo Areas. If you want access to the participants and spectators during the entire three days, then the Premium Area
is for you! The Premium Area offers extended hours and the opportunity to sell novelty goods and apparel. The premium area
is also the only place from which non-equipment items such as apparel, souvenirs or recordings may be sold. Act quickly,
because Premium Area space is limited, and is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Many exhibitors do not wish to be open during the entirety of the three-day event. For these companies, we offer the Standard
Area. The Standard area opens Friday morning at approximately 7:15 am, and closes at 5:15 pm Saturday, just after Semi-Finals.
Sales: All exhibits selling novelty items-including t-shirts, sweatshirts and other garments, and souvenirs-on site must
be located in the Premium Area. Bands of America does not guarantee any sales or take responsibility for revenue exchange.
The right to sell novelty items is included in the Premium area booth cost. Keep in mind that if you are a manufacturer or
instrument-related company, you will only be allowed to sell souvenir-type items such as t-shirts if you reserved space in the
Premium Area.
Event Standards-Right of Refusal: Bands of America reserves the right to refuse booth reservation of any entity it
deems not in keeping with its Mission Statement. BOA also reserves the right to disallow display or sale of any product it
deems inappropriate for the participants or audience, or not in keeping with its Mission Statement or the standards of the
event. No exhibitor can distribute or sell items with the name Bands of America or Grand National Championship, nor display
any copyrighted logos or marks.
Discount Advertising for Exhibitors: All exhibitors can take advantage of a special advertising program open only to
Expo participants. You can receive 15% off the published rate for a full-page, four color advertisement when BOA receives your
Expo contract payed in full. This program is an excellent way to maximize your marketing dollars by creating an impression that
will stay with our participants long after they leave the RCA Dome.
* Exhibitor discount on advertising not to exceed 15%, this exhibitor discount offer cannot be combined with any other
advertising discounts.
Corporate Hospitality: As the nation's premier marching band championship and the largest band event in America, the
Grand National Championships is the perfect backdrop for your annual sales team meeting, staff retreat, or for entertaining
your key clients. Take advantage of meeting space in the Indiana Convention Center and the numerous downtown hotel properties,
including some attached directly to the RCA Dome. We invite you to consider the opportunities for corporate hospitality for
your company at Grand Nationals.
Food Sampling: If a vendor desires to do sampling of food, you must call Bands of America for details and pricing.
Sampling may require an additional charge.
