Art submitted as electronic files
Ads may be submitted as files on CD or via email or FTP (contact
for FTP details).
Types of acceptable files: high resolution press optimized PDF (preferred); Adobe InDesign; QuarkXpress; Illustrator, Freehand,
Photoshop, TIFF, EPS. Email high resolution files to Debbie Laferty-Asbill at .
Include all support files and fonts on disk or with email.
Mechanical Requirements:
Ad art sent electronically or on disk is preferred, but if you must send camera-ready art or film negative should be 8.5” x 11”
trim size, 1/8” for bleeds, right reading, emulsion down, 133-150 line screen. Ad preparation, if needed, including
typesetting, art, layout, stripping in additions, film work, resizing of art, etc. will be billed to you at current rates.
Payment
Full payment is required with the contract for new advertisers and with all contracts unless prior arrangements for billing
have been made in advance of contract.
Allowable Discounts
A 15% discount is allowed for Music for All sponsors and partners, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and advertising agencies.

Music for All reserves the right to refuse any ad that it deems not in keeping with its mission statement or if deemed inappropriate for
its audience
