Music for All is thrilled to share exciting staffing news for three Director-level positions.
Cam Stasa, Bands of America Hall of Fame member who served BOA and Music for All on staff from 1989 to 2010, will return to Music for All as Director of Participant Relations and Special Projects, effective mid-May, 2016. Stasa most recently served as Associate Director of Admissions at Vandercook College of Music in Chicago.
Laura Blake has been promoted to Director of Events, having served as Events Manager since 2013. Blake has been with Music for All in the Indianapolis office since 2005.
Ashlee Walls has been promoted to Director of Advancement and will oversee sponsorships and partnerships, as well as fund development. Walls joined the Music for All staff as Corporate Relations Manager in October 2014.

Music for All is diligently working to secure the proper license agreements before we can Live Webcast from St. Louis October 16-17, and before we can start taking orders for Live Webcasts.
As of 11:00 a.m. ET Friday we have not yet received the required authorization and cannot yet begin taking orders.
To our guests who are waiting to order and watch the Live Webcast, we understand your frustration. We are working on it continuously and are hopeful we will be able to launch the Live Webcast today as anticipated, but at this time, we do not have word on when we will be able to begin accepting orders, nor if authorization will be received in time to being streaming by the start of today's preliminary performances.
As soon as ordering is live, we will announce on Facebook, Twitter, and musicforall.org with a link.
As of 6:30 p.m. local time – Finals has been cancelled due to weather at the Bands of America Regional at Powder Springs, in the interest for the safety and well-being of the participants and spectators.
Note that this is in addition to cancellation of Finals at the BOA Dayton show, also due to weather.
Posted Saturday, Oct. 3, 6:20 p.m. local time – Due to ongoing inclement weather Music for All has cancelled Finals for the 2015 Bands of America Regional at Dayton.
The decision was made at the Finalist Directors Meeting, after discussing options with the Finalist Band Directors, and for the safety and well-being of the participants and spectators.
Prelims performance for the last six bands will resume at 7:45 p.m. this evening at the Bands of America Regional in McAllen. Our hope is to get all six bands' prelims performances in this evening, weather permitting.
The order of performance for the final six bands, starting at 7:45 p.m. are:

Music for All puts the safety of the students and audience first. We will proceed with the final six performance as weather permits.
Music for All continues to monitor the weather at the Bands of America Regional in McAllen. MFA officials have met with the band directors of the six bands who did not yet perform in Prelims to discuss options.
At the discretion of the affected directors, MFA will further delay the show, but continue to monitor whether in hopes of resuming Prelims performances this evening. The final call whether or not to resume performance is expected to be made at 8:15 p.m.
If it is determined the final six bands can safely perform, an updated performance schedule will be posted here and on Facebook.com/bandsofamerica.
Clinics will be held as scheduled on Sunday at McAllen Memorial H.S.

$100 Scholarship for INpact students to Middle School Concert Band Track
Music for All is excited to launch our Middle School Concert Band Track at our Summer Symposium, presented by Yamaha, June 27-July 2, 2016 at Ball State University.
We hope you enjoyed your INpact experience at DCI and we were pleased to be there and be part of it to support the program.
As a thank you and a special offer to Indiana Middle School students, Music for All is offering a $100 Scholarship for INpact students towards the Middle School Concert Band Track fee (the fee in effect at the time of registration).
Recommended age and experience level for the camp is Grades 7-8 with at least 1.5 years of music study
