Family Days at the Summer Symposium

Your child will spend an unforgettable week at the Summer Symposium-a truly "life-changing experience." We want to share with YOU what your child experienced over the week, what you can expect on your return home, and how you can continue to maximize the themes of leadership and life-skills that your child was exposed to during the course of the Experience.

ISU Campus Tours
Bone Student Center
Illinois State University staff will be at the Bone Student Center to offer guided campus tours for any camp participant and parents. Please come to the ISU table in the Ballroom where tours will run every hour. No advance registration required for tours.

Parent Breakfast
7 a.m., Sat. June 28 - Bone Student Center
Tickets reserved in advance online or onsite
RSVP by Mon. June 23
Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 28 Music for All will offer a continental breakfast for parents of Symposium participants in the Bone Student Center with a special presentation about your child's experience at the Symposium and what to expect from your child, beginning with the final performances and the trip home. You will meet your child's Camp Director and participate in a session with one of the Camp's instructors that is especially designed for you and your family.

Parent Welcome Session
1 p.m., Mon. June 23 - Bone Student Center
Parents are invited to attend the Opening Session in the Bone Student Center's Braden Auditorium.

Family Day Picnic (Ticketed Event)
12 p.m., Sat. June 28 - Illinois State University "Quad"
Have lunch in the heart of campus with your student to celebrate and reflect on their Symposium experience.
