INergy is a paid internship of $1200 per month for approximately 16-17 all-star collegiate musicians who have a desire to perform, teach, and develop professional skills in preparation for career options in the music education and entertainment industries.
The summer production takes EVERY musical experience imaginable to the next level of performance.

Our top three program goals are to: (1) establish in students a high standard of music performance excellence, (2) provide these students with real life opportunities to teach and mentor young musicians and, (3) educate these collegiate students in, and better prepare them for, career options in the music education and entertainment industries.
